Damnern Saduak Floating Market

Damnern Saduak Floating Market is on Klong Damnern Saduak (Damnern Saduak canal) in Ratchaburi province. The floating market is approximately 400 metres from Damnern Saduak district office.

Description

The floating market proceeds everyday from morning till noon. Boats can be hired for surveying houses along canal side together with houses making coconut sugar which is produced and sold by somebody wearing the broad straw hats and dressing in the blue-colored clothing favored by rural Thai people. There are also many restaurants lined along both sides of canal.
