Sarika Waterfall

Sarika Waterfall, located at the Khao-Yai National Park in Nakhonayok province, is one of the most famous waterfalls in Thailand. It's from 107 kilometres from Bangkok. The fall flows down in 9 tiers from cliff 20 metres high surrounded by virgin forest. It's very beutiful scene and give you a fresher. Most tourists like to swimming at this waterfall.

Description

It is originated from limestone mountain in many tiers located in the Khao-Yai National Park covering 4 provinces.It make tourists impressive with scenes. It has been lack of water in summer (March - June) but are full in rainy season during July to October. There are food shops and rest rooms around here for serving tourists. Both Thai and foreign travelers like to visit here because it's beautiful and not far from Bangkok..

Local Transportation

  • Car: Driving along highway no. 305 paralleled with Rangsit canal, passing Ongkharak district to Nakhonayok province and then take higway no. 3049 and 3050 to Sarika Waterfall.
  • Bus: Non-air and air-conditioned buses leave Bangkok's North and North-Eastern Bus Terminal (Mochit 2 Terminal) to Nakhonayok province.
  • Before you will travel to each place, please make sure about way to go there including both time schedule and open-close time.
